A supplement label is a legal document that most people never read, and almost every page written about a product like this paraphrases the sales copy instead. Our entire reason for existing is the opposite habit: transcribe the Supplement Facts panel, photograph it so you can check the transcription, and then do the arithmetic the panel invites.

On this product that arithmetic has a real payoff. The label prints one 525 mg proprietary blend and refuses to split it, but it also declares calcium, magnesium and sodium individually, and BHB salts are mostly mineral by weight. Run those rows backwards and the ketone half of the blend caps out near 27 mg. We publish that as an estimate with the working shown, not as a fact the manufacturer stated.

What we will not print

• Customer testimonials, quotes, star ratings or review counts. We have no way to verify any of them, and an endorsement we cannot check is worse than silence.
• A struck-through “regular” price or a savings total we have not confirmed the seller actually charges. Where we cannot verify a former price, we show the current one alone.
• A dose we cannot find on the panel. Where a blend hides the split, we say the split is hidden.
• Any suggestion that a dietary supplement treats, cures or prevents a disease. It does not, and the FDA does not approve supplements in the first place.

A correction we repeat on every page

A great deal of published copy describes this product as a pomegranate, beetroot, B12, folate and iodine formula. That combination is a real and popular apple cider vinegar gummy — it is simply not this one. This panel lists apple cider vinegar with BHB calcium, magnesium and sodium, and beet root powder appears only under “other ingredients”, where colours are declared.

How the money works
